2020 Musictree Festival Canceled

It is absolutely heartbreaking for us to share with you today the cancellation of the 2020 Musictree Festival.

After initially postponing the festival, we felt like the trajectory of COVID-19 cases in our state and across the country would allow for events to be held in September safely. This may still be the case, even after recent increases. However, after the cancelation of Bonnaroo and with so much uncertainty around the situation, we feel it is best to forgo the 2020 event and move forward with our 2021 plans. In 2021 we have some very exciting changes coming to the Musictree Festival, changes that we feel will take fan experiences, musician exposure, and the brand to all new heights. Over the next couple of months, we are excited to announce these changes, we think you are really going to enjoy what we have in store for you in 2021. The 2021 dates will be June 11th - 15th, the weekend, and the week leading into the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival.

We also want to encourage you to follow Musictree and The Roots Podcast on Facebook as we will continue to support up and coming artists and release exciting information about Musictree Festival 2021, and live music opportunities between now and then. This will also be ground zero for news on the Tennessee Roots Initiative as we continue to work with you to make a difference with our environment and community.

With Love,

Musictree Festival Team
